New NAF expectation: NAF now requires that every student have their supervisor submit their assessment electronically. Your supervisor will receive an email once you have completed your hours and submitted your internship date form. See sample email below.

The email will come from: NAF_Administration@naftrack.org

Note: NAF sponsored internship information is directly entered into NAFTrack by the internship hosts - Optum, Raytheon, or Verizon. 

Pro tip: provide a paper copy of your assessment for them to review and mark ahead of time, so it will be super easy once the assessment email comes to their inbox.
